Flex+Windows+Emacs

March 27th, 2008

Flex on a Mac with Textmate is really super cool, but I get weird when my life is too easy.  So I decided to try it on Vista.

I bought E, which is a pretty good try at Textmate on Windows, but the Flex and Actionscript bundles acted kind of weird.  After a little bit of tweaking, I gave up and loaded up the old standby; Emacs.

It’s kind of late, so I’ll save the description for some time in the near future.  So far the results are pretty nice.  I’ll post what I have in my .emacs file, and how I configured ant to make everything work together.
