My sketch journal lives in a small Moleskine journal (pictured above) and is rendered with an Alvin Draft/Matic (blue lead) and a Rapidiograph (.25mm and .13mm).
Images in the journal itself are generally drawn throughout the day, with pages being posted more or less after being completed in the book.
